Thanks for submitting a ticket. If you are getting an error where it states to update your browser when signing into Encompass, please open up Google Chrome and head to the website
https://portal.office.com/
Once there, you would just need to log into your Microsoft Account (same password you use to get into your computer). You may also get a text message to verify your phone number.
If you had to create a new password, please lock your computer, unlock it with the new password and you're all set. Let us know if you have any issues!
